Training and development of our staff is a key to delivery on our commitment to deliver a quality service.

We offer the opportunity to learn career enhancing knowledge. As part of our commitment to meet FSA Training and Competence requirements and standards of quality identified within our ISO manual we are required to educate our staff to have knowledge and skills appropriate to the areas of business in which we operate.

At LSR, employees are encouraged to identify areas of interest appropriate to their skills and when opportunities arise, expand their responsibilities to include such areas.

We are committed to working in partnership with each member of staff to ensure that their development is in line with statutory and organisational requirements and at the same time takes account of personal goals.
